E-commerce conditions for Maribo Sø Camping.
Sale and delivery conditions:
In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information and how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.
Places are available on the day of arrival from 14.00 until the day of departure at 12.00.
Rentals are available on the day of arrival from 15.00 and must be vacated on the day of departure no later than 11 a.m. Final cleaning is mandatory but does NOT include tidying up, sweeping the floor, washing dishes and cleaning the grill.
We accept all types of identification. Any stay at Maribo Sø Camping requires a valid ID. e.g. a health insurance card - you do not need a camping card.
All prices stated in Maribo Sø Camping's booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment takes place at the same time as the order by using one of the approved payment cards in online booking, which are Dankort, Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, MasterDebit, Maestro, JCB and Diners as well as mobilpay.
If the amount exceeds the total price for the stay, the remaining amount is paid upon arrival or Eq.
To take advantage of a package offer, it must be ordered online before arrival. Upon arrival, no claim can be made to have the booking changed to a package offer.
Please note that Maribo Sø Camping's package offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts - including any business partners.
Maribo Sø Camping disclaims all responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.
Information about trading on the Internet:
You can safely shop on the internet through our booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should deal with online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk and www.fdih.dk.
Shipping and Delivery:
When booking and paying, you will be presented with a confirmation from Maribo Sø Camping with an overview of what has been ordered - in which the account for your purchase also appears. The confirmation is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Maribo Sø Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.
Maribo Sø Camping endeavors to deliver what the guest wants, but reserves the right to change any booking made by a certain unit to a similar standard, without the booking being considered invalid.
Maribo Sø Camping reserves the right to cancel any booking made, and considers a booking to be canceled if an email is sent to the guest at the email address specified at the time of booking.
Right of cancellation and refund:
You have the option to change or cancel your booking by contacting us by email as soon as possible. Be ready with the provided booking number.
Own caravan and tent:
More than 30 days before arrival: In case of cancellation of a place, the total price for the stay is refunded, however with a deduction corresponding to the Alm. Space & possibly Featured Place Fee.
Between 30 days and 7 days before arrival: When canceling a place, the total price for the stay is refunded, however with a deduction corresponding to the Alm. Space & possibly Selected Space fee, as well as an administration fee of DKK. NOK 250.
If canceled less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
Rent of cabins and apartment:
More than 30 days before arrival: the total price for the stay is refunded, with a deduction corresponding to 1/3 of the total rental amount.
Between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, the total price for the stay is refunded, with a deduction corresponding to 1/2 of the total rental amount, as well as an administration fee of DKK 250
If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others.
Refunds are made to the credit card you used when you bought the stay.
In the event of Force Majeure, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, no money back or compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation protection - security in the event of illness:
We recommend that you take out cancellation protection.
Price DKK. NOK 295 for seats / DKK. NOK 495 for rent
This must be subscribed/purchased together with your booking and covers illness.
In case of cancellation due to illness up to 1 day before the day of arrival (before 12:00), reimbursement is made by sending documentation in the form of a medical certificate.
Cancellation protection must be taken out within two days of booking.
If for some reason you do not receive your reservation, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the phone number.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your reservation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Purchase Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Maribo Sø Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Maribo Sø Camping will decide whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given. With a valid camping pass, the guest has access to the Camping Council's Complaints Board, which can make a decision.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to

2. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for users residing in another EU country. Registration of information:
Maribo Sø Camping registers your name, address, telephone number and e-mail as well as other information submitted in connection with the purchase in its customer register.
The information is not passed on.
Maribo Sø Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying, the registration takes place via QuickPay - a secure server where information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
In connection with your purchase at Maribo Sø Camping, you have entered a number of personal data, including in particular:
· Your name
· Your address
· Your e-mail address
· Your phone number
· Your payment information
· Your booking information, including the IP address from which the booking was made
We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction and for a subsequent period of 5 years. The information will then be deleted.
Processing of personal data - consent:
If you have ticked the box "yes, I give consent for you to contact me by e-mail with newsletters or offers", we process your e-mail address and the information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us by email and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a booking or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information (Quickpay.dk) and your personal data (RUJA.dk). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Information, objection, change, data portability and deletion:

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have it corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to receive the information in a common format (data portability). Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have ended your stay.
